1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products and events offered by the asisi Panorama Berlin. These General Terms and Conditions form the basis for visiting the asisi Panorama Berlin. They are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the operator, asisi F&E GmbH, and the service recipient (the visitor and/or the organizer of the visitor group).

 

2. Conclusion of contract and registration

By registering with the Visitor Service, the service recipient accepts the General Terms and Conditions. As soon as the service user receives the order confirmation, the booking is binding and a contract with asisi F&E GmbH is concluded. has been concluded. For events requiring registration, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. If a registration cannot be considered, asisi F&E GmbH shall inform the Recipient accordingly.

 

3. payment modalities

The prices offered for guided tours are subject to the reduced VAT rate of currently 7% in accordance with § 12 para. 2 item 7.lit a) UStG. Payment for services (admission and/or guided tours, events) is usually made at the ticket office on the day of the visit. Payment by invoice is possible. The fee for guided tours remains in full, even if the number of participants is reduced. The number of tickets will be adjusted accordingly.

 

4. Services/Service changes/Cancellations

The scope of the contractual service results from the service description in the reservation/confirmation of asisi F&E GmbH, addition-al agreements require the written confirmation of asisi F&E GmbH. For guided tours, a cancellation period of 5 calendar days prior to the date of the service applies free of charge to the service recipient. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to
service@die-mauer.de. In case of cancellation after the cancellation deadline, a cancellation fee in the full amount of the agreed fee for the guided tours must be paid. The same applies in the event of non-appearance at the start of the event or the agreed time. The date of cancellation is determined by the date of receipt by the Visitor Service. In the case of booked tours, the exhibition guide will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled start of the tour in the event of a delay. A prerequisite for this is that the delay is announced by telephone:

The service recipient is not entitled to a guided tour after the end of the waiting period. The costs are to be borne 100 percent by the service recipient. In case of other delays, the tour will be shortened by the corresponding time. Cancellation fees for cancelled entrance fees do not apply, visits can therefore be cancelled free of charge up to the actual day of the visit. Cancellation conditions for events can be found separately in the respective user agreements or event offers.

 

5. House rules

The rules of use and house rules of the asisi Panorama Berlin apply.

 

6. Liability

asisi F&E GmbH shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. This shall not affect the statutory liability for damages in the event of injury to life, limb or health. In such cases, asisi F&E GmbH shall be liable for any degree of fault.

 

7. Withdrawal of the organizer

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, asisi F&E GmbH shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time by written notice.

 

8. Data protection

asisi F&E GmbH is entitled to collect, store and process all data required in the context of the business relationship within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act. All personal data will be treated confidentially. Personal data is only collected if the service recipient provides it for the purpose of contract processing. The personal data entered on this occasion will only be used to process the contract and handle the service user's requests. Data will only be passed on to third parties, affiliated companies and partner companies if this is absolutely nec-essary for the fulfillment of the contract. In particular, the data of the service recipient will not be used for advertising purposes. The data provided by the service user will only be used to fulfill and process his order. With complete execution of the contract and complete pay-ment of the purchase price, the data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expira-tion of the tax and commercial law regulations. The service recipient has a right to free infor-mation about his stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. 9. Applicability of German law

The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by German law, the place of performance shall be the same as the place of performance.

 

10. Severability clause

The ineffectiveness of individual sections of these General Terms and Conditions shall not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire terms and conditions.

 

10. Final clause

These General Terms and Conditions of asisi F&E GmbH shall apply from 01.07.2020.
